China's manufacturing industry is entering an era of industrial big data.The reliability analysis and evaluation of high-end CNC equipment encounters problems such as large amounts of associated data,fast acquisition speed and frequency,and complex analysis models.It is urgent to introduce industrial big data analysis methods to build high-end CNC equipment business.Model and reliability analysis model,strengthen the relationship between business logic and business data,establish data dependencies,and use serviceoriented design and big data foundation platform computing resources to improve the reliability analysis efficiency of CNC equipment.In response to the above problems,this article designs and develops a high-end numerical control equipment reliability evaluation system based on the industrial big data platform.By constructing a multi-level business model and a service-oriented analysis model,it opens up the business,data,and analysis processes,and is based on industrial big data related technologies.Construct a complete reliability analysis process and design and develop a reliability evaluation system.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the needs analysis of the reliability evaluation system of high-end CNC equipment,the design of the overall architecture of the reliability evaluation system of highend CNC equipment based on industrial big data is completed,including the data source layer,industrial big data basic platform layer,The business modeling layer,data processing and fusion layer and reliability analysis layer,and the main functional modules of the system are designed on top of this architecture.(2)Completed the construction of high-end NC equipment business model based on BPMN2.0,defined the structure of high-end NC equipment business model,designed the structure of business object metadata,realized metadata format exchange and analysis,and verified the case.(3)Researched the reliability analysis model packaging method based on industrial big data,combed the reliability analysis process,realized the encapsulation of algorithm data variables and parameter variables,algorithm service-based encapsulation,designed the algorithm correlation pipeline,and realized the analysis model Released and verified by example.(4)Based on the industrial big data basic platform,based on java web related technology,the reliability evaluation system of high-end CNC equipment was developed.
