Three-dimensional modeling technology is broadly defined as a computer processing technique for presenting three-dimensional model data with an intuitive,vivid and vivid image through a computer.The 3D model is the final manifestation of the 3D modeling technology.Different application fields have different requirements for the 3D model.The three-dimensional model for industrial applications should have the characteristics of supporting engineering applications,supporting serialization,standardization,specialization,and networking,in line with the balance of computer time efficiency and space efficiency,low model costs,reusable design and strong realism.Since the modeling technology is still not mature enough for industrial applications(the model cannot meet the characteristics of the above-mentioned three-dimensional model for industrial applications),the research on three-dimensional modeling technology for industrial applications is of great significance.Common modeling methods are: artificial CAD modeling,graphic image modeling and equipment scanning modeling(laser point cloud data modeling).The point cloud modeling method includes modeling cost,model realism.The design and reusability are more suitable for industrial applications,but there is still room for improvement in point cloud modeling efficiency and model accuracy.Because point cloud registration is a key link that affects the efficiency and accuracy of point cloud modeling,a SRQR-IA point cloud registration algorithm was proposed on top of the classic ICP registration method.The SRQR-IA algorithm was a rough registration algorithm proposed for ICP registration that required high initial position.The algorithm used the spatial position and quantity relationships of the modeled point cloud dataset to complete the selection and extraction of feature pairs to be registered,reduced the dimensionality based on retaining the spatial location information,reduced the computation time of the dataset,and ensured model accuracy.Compared with the simultaneous SAC-IA and ICP registration method,the SRQR-IA and ICP registration method have reduced the time and accuracy by 50% in the results of experimental data with noise.Aiming at industrial scenarios(continuous casting plant modeling)from the aspects of modeling costs,model realism and design reusability,etc.A single modeling method to complete industrial applications seems to be a bit powerless.Because the small model of the equipment class focuses on the high degree of model precision,and the large scene of the plant class focuses on the modeling efficiency,the advantages of point cloud modeling and artificial CAD modeling were used to propose a combination of point cloud modeling and artificial CAD modeling.Modeling methods.Finally,SRQRIA combined with ICP registration was used to complete the continuous casting scene modeling,and a virtual continuous casting training and teaching system was designed.This training system has been applied in the North China University of Technology Metallurgical Engineering Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center.Figure 23;Table 7;Reference 63...
