With the development of the market economy, the demand of coal carbon has increased, coal mining has gradually extended, and the geological conditions of the mine have become more complicated.Coal mine water inrush,as one of the five major disasters, has gradually become an important problem restricting the development of coal mines, posing a serious threat to the lives of the country and the people, and prevention is becoming very important. However, some existing quantitative early-warning models are based on linear problems, and the processing capacity of such a complex and non-linear system as coal mine water inrush is very low.The hazard factors interact and are related to each other. Therefore, the research aims to use complex Network and ANP and cloud model related theories to solve the key and difficult points in the research process. This article applies complex network knowledge to coal mine water inrush disasters for the first time, builds complex networks based on the relationships between a wide range of complex influencing factors, uses Gephi software to handle the connection relationships between factors, and performs network topology analysis.Obtain important factors through holistic analysis. In addition,it combines expert interviews, theoretical and numerical analysis, and computer software applications to build a network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)combined with a cloud model for early-warning and evaluation system. It analyzes qualitative concepts and quantitative indicators conversion analysis for coal mine water inrush disaster network factors, and analyzes disasters indicators for early warning assessment. Finally, the early warning evaluation system was applied to Y coal mine.Firstly,an index system was established. The expert score method was used to determine the comment set and the early warning standard cloud model. The network analytic hierarchy process ANP was used to calculate the indicator weighting. The comprehensive indicator cloud model was used to determine the early warning classification. The early warning results indicate that the general goal of the Y coal mine water inrush disaster system is a relatively strong early warning level, and the prevention and control measures for various factors and indicators should be strengthened. The early-warning assessment model in this paper has been verified in the Y coal mine water inrush disaster, and it can provide relevant experience basis for other types of early-warning assessments.
