In recent years,with the increasing depth of coal mining,the occurrence rate of mine disasters and accidents is also increasing.Among them,water disaster is one of the most threatening disasters to mine safety production,which brings serious losses to the country.If we want to do a good job in coal mine water prevention and control and solve the problem of water disaster,the premise is to accurately identify the water source of mine water inrush.In this paper,Xieqiao coal mine is taken as the research area.After collecting the hydrogeological data related to Xieqiao coal mine,based on the water quality analysis results and hydrogeochemistry,the main hydrochemical characteristic indexes are selected as the analysis basis The main hydrochemical characteristics of 96 samples were analyzed by coefficient of variation method,Piper diagram,durov diagram,stiff diagram and principal component analysis.The source and characteristic influencing factors of ion components in groundwater aquifer were analyzed by the ratio of main ions and Gibbs diagram.Fisher discriminant analysis,Bayes stepwise discriminant analysis and principal component based system were used in multivariate statistical analysis In order to distinguish the water inrush source of the mine,a discriminant model was established by cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis.The results show that:(1)the contents of K++Na+in Cenozoic water,goaf water,coal bearing sandstone water and Taihui water samples in Xieqiao coal mine are significantly higher than those in Ca2+ and Mg2+.The hydrochemical types of the Cenozoic are more complex,which may be due to more hydraulic connections with the outside world,and the pH value difference between the water samples in the Cenozoic is significantly higher than that in the other three layers,while the TDS value is generally low,and the TDS value of other aquifers is relatively high.(2)The Hydrochemical Composition of water filled aquifer in Xieqiao mine is mainly affected by evaporation and water rock interaction.The exchange of cations such as Ca2+,Mg2+ and Na+ occurs in groundwater,so that the content of Na+ is greater than that of Cl-,and the main sources of Ca2+and Mg2+ are dissolution of aluminosilicate and sulfate minerals,and some of them may be related to the dissolution of carbonate.(3)The correct rates of Fisher discriminant method,Bayes stepwise discriminant method,Ward method based on principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis method were 84.6%,88.5%,84.6%and 80.77%respectively,which could effectively identify the water inrush source of the mine.(4)Among the four discrimination methods,the grey correlation analysis has the worst effect,and the Bayes stepwise discriminant method has the highest accuracy in distinguishing the water inrush source of the mine.The reason is that the Bayes stepwise discriminant method can eliminate the repeated information in the samples and improve the accuracy of the discrimination.In this paper,a variety of methods are applied to the discrimination of Water Inrush Source in Xieqiao coal mine,which enriches the related research content of coal mine,and provides certain reference for mine water disaster prevention and control.Figure[24]table[27]reference[82]...
