Land salinization is increasingly serious in China,now the saline land area of 9913 x 104hm2,which restricted the sustainable development of agriculture in our country,saline soil improvement is imminent,this experiment by studying the new amendment acetyl glucose soil properties of saline soil and the influence of the maize growth and development,provide important theoretical basis for saline-alkali land management.(1)Taking corn xianyu 335 as the research object,this paper explored the effect of different combinations of acetylated glucose,urea,phosphate fertilizer and organic fertilizer on the improvement of soil properties and the growth and development of corn under the saline-alkali land conditions in xugou town,qingxu county,Shanxi Province.The results showed that among the single application of modifier,single application of fertilizer and the mixed application of modifier and fertilizer,the mixed application of acetylated glucose,urea,phosphate fertilizer and organic fertilizer had the most significant effect on the improvement of saline-alkali land.The p H value of the soil was 0.32 unit lower than that of the control(without any treatment).SPAD value of maize leaves increased by 50.834 units.The net photosynthetic rate increased by 21.8 umol·(m2·s).The plant height and stem diameter of maize increased significantly at the jointing stage and harvest stage by 45.99 cm,0.36 cm,77.134 cm and 0.5cm,respectively.The ear length,ear weight,hundred-grain weight and ear grain number of corn were significantly increased by 5.06 cm,118.216 g,11.123 g and 271.8 grains,respectively.(2)Through the analysis of p H,conductivity and content of eight ions in the filtrate,the mechanism of acetyl glucose on saline soil was explored.The results showed that the p H,conductivity and ion content of the filtrate were positively correlated with the amount of acetyl glucose.Put conditioner processing,filtrate p H value and conductivity were greater than the control group,improver in saline soil of CO32-,HCO3-,Cl-,Na+,Mg2+,the influence of magnesium the best effect,the saline soil K+,Ca2+,SO42-in effect times,the data analysis shows that the filtrate of CO32-,HCO3-,Cl-,K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,SO42-,the total content of magnesium much more than in control in 132%,227%,99%,32%,456%,32%,420% and 3%.The result of comprehensive data analysis shows that the effect of acetyl glucose improver on saline-alkali soil is significant and lasting.
