Zhuanglang River is a first-class tributary of the upper reaches of the Yellow River,involving three counties(districts)in Tianzhu County of Wuwei City,Yongdeng County and Xigu District of Lanzhou City,and the capture of Xixiulong,Dachaigou,Huazang Temple,Wushengyu,Zhongzhong There are 12 townships in Baozhen Town,Chengguan Town,Liushu Township,Datong Town,Longquansi Township,Hongcheng Town,Kushui Town and Hekou Town.As an important channel for the economic development of Gansu Province and the ancient Silk Road,Zhuanglang River Basin plays an important role in regional economic development and implementation of the strategy of developing the western region.This article takes 2016 as the current year,based on the long series(1956-2016)big data of the third national water resources survey and the relevant data provided by local water conservancy departments and statistical departments,combined with the survey visits,using hydrological related calculation methods The water resources of Zhuanglang River Basin were evaluated.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and quantitative calculation method were used to analyze the water resources carrying capacity of the three counties and 12 townships in the current Zhuanglang River Basin,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Through the analysis and calculation of the data of six representative rainfall stations,two evaporation stations and 278 stations in Zhuanglang River Basin,it is concluded that the average annual precipitation of water in Zhuanglang River Basin is 362mm,equivalent to 1.45 billion m~3of water resources.The water surface evaporation in the Zhuanglang River Basin is 854.7mm,which is equivalent to 3.42 billion m~3.(2)Through a series of calculations and calculations on the series of data from 1956-2016 of the two hydrological stations of Hongyazi and Wushengyu in Zhuanglang River Basin,the surface water resources of Zhuanglang River Basin are 215 million m3,groundwater resources are 116million m3,total water resources are 245 million m3,and water resources are 153 million m3.(3)Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of membership degree,the water resources carrying capacity evaluation of 12 townships in 3 counties of Zhuanglang River Basin was carried out,and it was concluded that the water resources carrying capacity of Xixilong Township and Dachaigou Town was higher.The potential for water resources development and utilization is huge;the water resources carrying capacity of Huazangsi Town,Wushengyu Town,Zhongbao Town and Hekou Town belongs to the second level,and the water resources in this area are relatively good;the water resources carrying level of Chengguan Town and Kushui Town The lowest,the current year,the county's water resources carrying capacity is poor;the remaining towns and towns,all show the third level,are weak overload,water resources carrying capacity is weak.Although the amount of self-produced water resources in the middle and lower reaches of the Zhuanglang River is small,due to the large amount of water produced in the upper reaches of the Zhuanglang River Basin and the low utilization rate of water resources,the water intake in the middle and lower reaches is abundant,so that the water resources in the middle and lower reaches can be utilized.The amount of water resources has increased.However,there is still a certain gap from reaching a comprehensive well-off level.Therefore,considering the comprehensive consideration,most of the water resources carrying capacity of the Zhuanglang River Basin can meet the needs of townships,but it is necessary to further optimize the village from the four aspects of water resources subsystem,social subsystem,economic subsystem and ecological subsystem.Water resources carrying capacity of the Lang River Basin.(4)Through the calculation of the water resources carrying capacity of the Zhuanglang River Basin,the results show that according to the existing economic structure,the largest economic scale that most water resources in the Zhuanglang River Basin can withstand is the overall well-off level.Therefore,with the development of the economy,the Zhuanglang River Basin must adjust its economic structure,increase water conservation efforts,improve the reuse rate of water and water use efficiency,optimize the water ecological environment,and thus improve the carrying capacity of water resources and achieve social and economic Continue to develop.
