With the advancement of science and technology in China and the improvement of the economic level,people’s demand for health services is getting higher and higher.Due to the development of China and historical reasons,China has prominent problems in the medical field,including the defects of medical models,the low medical service system,the lack of medical resources,and the imbalance of medical resources in the region.Hinder people’s health.In this regard,a series of analysis and research is carried out.First,collect relevant literature and materials,understand the current status of smart medical development at home and abroad,interpret and divide the medical service model,and find out the problem;organize and analyze the problems of “three long and one short” in the traditional medical model,from user needs From the perspective of the system,the service design thinking method is used to systematically analyze the medical service terminal products.The product service design theory provides the design concept for this article.Secondly,the author used three months to conduct field research on the service terminal equipment and system interaction interface of many hospitals in Wuhan,and carried out data statistics through the actual operation of the author and multiple users.In order to be able to more intuitively experience the difference,and to be closer to the user’s needs and user experience,the three medical treatments were selected for comparative analysis.They were the highly intelligent Wuhan University Central South Hospital and the highly intelligent Wuhan People’s Liberation Army General Hospital.Analyze and contrast with the service terminal equipment and interactive interface system of Hubei Industrial University Hospital with a high degree of intelligence.At the same time,questionnaires and user interviews are conducted for the target population,and the user’s needs and behaviors are deeply explored to accurately obtain the actual needs and potential needs of the users,thereby providing assistance for the optimization and improvement of the medical service terminal products.Finally,through the above-mentioned series of analysis and research,combined with product requirements and design methods,the medical service terminal products are designed and positioned to carry out specific design practices.First,intelligent medical service terminal product design.According to the positioning of user goals and functional requirements,services and intelligent design,including: face authentication,image intelligent recognition,intelligent voice,etc.;Second,the interactive page design of intelligent medical service terminal system.Positioning from the user population,using clear and concise,predicting user needs,metaphor,consistency,user efficiency,humanity and other principles,from the color,font,human-computer interaction and other relevant standards and norms.Through the analysis of user needs,task process analysis,online appointment registration,online consultation,online payment,online pharmacy,electronic medical record,electronic list,location navigation,personal center,service evaluation and other functions in the service system function.Iterative optimization for deficiencies through product usability testing.Through the service research and design practice of this subject,the problems existing in the current medical field are solved to a certain extent,and the user-centered design is realized,which provides a certain reference direction for the future development of medical services.
