The full liberalization of the epidemic policy, people’s psychological problems are also increasingly visible.Although people’s ability to resist stress is increasing, the surrounding environment is also changing at an accelerated pace. The fast pace of life, salary and salary are not proportional to the car loan and mortgage, and a large number of young people are joining the ranks of graduate school and public examinations under the influence of the epidemic.Under the influence of these pressures, people’s mental health problems are not properly solved, which makes people’s mental state poor in the long run,and even leads to depression and other mental diseases. The purpose of this study is to alleviate people’s mental health problems, through the use of products and APP for emotional catharsis and healing,so as to get psychological comfort,so as to relieve people’s nervous and anxious emotions. This study analyzes mental health and smart wearable devices through Cite Space, and finds that there is little research on smart wearable devices for mental health in China, mostly around sports and fitness wearable devices, and there is a lack of research on the design of smart wearable devices in other categories. To address this lack of research, this study uses theories and methods related to user experience to deeply analyze the deep-seated needs of people aged 25-45,and to design smart wearable devices and APP for mental health.Firstly,we analyze the existing smart bracelets and smart headphones in the market, summarize the advantages and disadvantages, and gain insight into the age group of 25-45 years old, analyze the needs of different groups of people, find stakeholders, conduct user interviews and collect research data after determining the target group.Secondly, based on the law of design thinking,we find user pain points and user values through POV problem statement and value proposition canvas, and combine with Hook model to increase user stickiness and establish the system framework of mental health smart wearable devices under user experience mode. Finally,we propose the relevant products and APP for the design strategy of mental health smart wearable devices and evaluate them.
