Research About Benefit Stakeholders In Tourism Development Of Liu Jiashan Village In Huangpi Distract Wuhan

In recent years,with the continuous development of the tourism industry,rural tourism has continued to rise in China.The combination of rural development and tourism has great significance for the sustainable development of rural areas.This article takes the problems in the process of tourism development in Liujiashan Village,Huangpi District,Wuhan City,and the problems of rural development brought about by the development cycle of rural tourism.Through field interviews,the stakeholders in the tourism development of Liujiashan Village were divided into four core subjects:local government,developers of Qingliangzhai Scenic Spot,local villagers and tourists in Liujiashan Village.This article understands the interest appeals of various stakeholders through field surveys,analyzes the participants in the process of tourism development from the perspective of stakeholders,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of various stakeholders,as well as the issues arising during the development process.In the process of investigation,the relationships between various stakeholders and prominent conflicts of interest were divided into:the relationship between local villagers and developers and local governments,the relationship between developers and local villagers,and the relationship between local governments and developers.Relations,relations between local governments and local villagers.According to the actual development situation of Liujiashan Village,it is understood that some conflicts between them in the process of tourism development include:the loss of the interests of local villagers and developers caused by the lack of public supply,the conflict between the development target of the scenic spot and the interests of villages,and the conflicts between scenic spots and villages.The vicious competition leads to a decrease in the degree of tourist experience,and the issue of conflicts of interest arising from the collection of tickets for scenic spots.After understanding the conflict of interests between the two,it analyzes the root causes of the conflicts and understands the causes of the conflicts among various stakeholders and the possible development trends in the future so as to ease the conflicts and conflicts between them and thus help Liujiashan Village in Sustainable development in the process of tourism development.In this paper,we classify the conflict of interests among various stakeholders,and based on the actual situation of Liujiashan Village,we establish a game model among various stakeholders and analyze the interest appeals between interest subjects in a game.Establish a game model to balance the interest appeals of various stakeholders.Solve the game model and propose opinions and countermeasures for the local development of Liujiashan Village.This study has important implications for the integration of stakeholder theory,game theory,and sustainable development theory.At the same time,it is of great help to the tourism development in Liujiashan Village and is of great significance to the development of Qingliangzhai Scenic Area developers and local governments.
