Located at the northeast back-land of China,as one of the most important plain in producing foodstuff and graziery,the regional living standard and economy development of Tong Liao has a lot to do with the groundwater resources.With the supply and demand of water resources becoming increasingly prominent in recent years in Tongliao City,using numerical model to simulate and evaluate groundwater resources in a scientifical way means a lot to alleviate the condition of shortage in groundwater,as well as to maintain a sustainable development of regional economy.This artical bases on the plain of Tongliao as study area,using GMS software platform,with the help of a series software such as database,surfer,GIS.with konwing every details of hydrogeological conditions of Tongliao,using the conceptual model,describing the balanced features,the groundwater-flow and parameters Partition of mentioned studying area in the form of features such as point,line and polygon,and has established a hydrogeological conceptual model under current exploitation conditions.It's established a numerical model of groundwater flow by using improved MODFLOW2005 which is based on finite difference method as executable program and solved them.The Simulation is from 2003.05 to 2014.04,considering the current exploitation amount and the average meteorological data of years as the balanced elements,it's utilized the identified situation model to establish a 40-year forecast model and using the latter model it's made a resource evaluation and potential analysis to the underground water resources of Tongliao plain area.In the pre-model part of processing regional sources and sinks terms it has proposed a method which can be used to calculate the large area of agricultural exploitation much more accurately,which is to say,by corresponding Land type partition map and model meshed,put the different types of exploitation of different land supply corresponding to a planar manner into the model.Simulation results have shown that the treatment method is feasible and simulation effect proves to be excellent.The advantage of this method is it can maximum simulate the real exploitation condition,and can distinguish time,region and amount to describing the amount of the exploiting groundwater.Which makes the data more accurate.The long-term average underground water recharge amount in Tongliao plain area is of 37.92×10~8m~3/a,average total supply of resources modulus is of10.78×10~4m~3/a·km~2,the average total exploitable underground water amount is of24.57×10~8m~3/a,mineable resource modulus is of 5.14×10~4m~3/a·km~2?And the average mineable potential is of no more than 6.22×10~8m~3/a.There are much differences between different Banners in developing conditions of groundwater,Kailu County is the most serious region in mining groundwater,which coefficient is up to 131.34%.Take the administrative area as a unit to do a potential analysis to the underground water resources of Tongliao plain area.The Jarud Banner?Hure Banner and the Horqin Left Wing Rear Banner belong to low exploited regions,mining potential are good;The Horqin Left Wing Middle Banner is general exploited area,mining potential is limited.The Naiman Banner and Horqin as well as its confined area are all belong to the exploit and recharge balanced area,mining potential are zero.The Kailu county is seriously overexploitation region,needs to take strick measures to control goroundwater mining.
