Objective:Observe different intermittent time of moderate intensity one-time load exercise on healthy young men arterial hardness(CAVI,cardio-ankle vascular index,unit of m/s);Methods:Select healthy male students in 20 schools,conducted a randomized crossover experiment,Each participant were required to complete the four programs,including no exercise group(CON,no movement),continue to exercise group(CE,Exe30min ×1),the short time interval group(IE-1,Exe10min×3+Rest10min×2)and long time interval set(IE-2,Exe10min×3+Rest60min×2),and before the implementation of each scheme(Baseline),immediately after exercise(0 min),60 min three time points after exercise CAVI and temperature index,to observe the effects of different exercise programs on arterial stiffness.Results:No exercise group at three time points before and after the experiment(BL,0 min,60 min)the CAVI(6.8 ± 0.58,6.8 ± 0.66 and 6.9±0.63,unit of m/s),SYS,DIY,heart rate and body temperature were no significant change(P>0.05).Continuous exercise group,short time interval group and intermittent group immediately after exercise for a long time(0 min)have significantly decreased the CAVI,and decreased to 1.1,but the rest continue to exercise group and 60 min after the CAVI(6.9±0.67,5.8±0.61 and 6.8±0.63,P>0.05,unit of m/s)have been restored to the original state,there was no significant difference compared with no exercise group;And short time interval group with a long time rest subjects to 60 min time still not back to the original state,the short time interval group subjects the CAVI(6.9±0.43,5.8±0.69 and 6.5±0.70,P<0.05,the unit of m/s)and intermittent group for a long time the CAVI(6.9±0.79,5.8 ±0.68 and 6.5±0.68,P<0.05,the unit of m/s)with the base value is 0.4,compared with no exercise groups have significant difference.Continuous exercise group,short time interval group and intermittent group for a long time its body temperature has a significant rise in immediately after exercise,including continuous exercise group in immediately after exercise its body temperature increased 0.3?,in a short time interval group immediately after exercise body temperature increased 0.4?,rise,the largest and intermittent group immediately after exercise for a long time the temperature rise only 0.2?,rise in the minimum,but rest and 60 min time has basically restore to its original state.All the experimental group subjects in their heart rate immediately after exercise,the left sides of the SYS is obvious rise,compared with no exercise group has significant difference(P<0.05),and 60 min rest time points after all have been restored to the original state,but the left sides of the DIY basic no change in the three time points,compared with no exercise group there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Moderate intensity one-time continuous movement scheme can significan-tly reduce arterial stiffness,and make the effect at least maintain to 60 min after exercise.2 Moderate one-time intermittent movement of a short time and long time intermittent movement scheme can significantly reduce arterial stiffness,and two kinds of schemes can keep the effect to more than 60 min.3 In the same total sports load cases,moderate intensity intermittent movement to reduce hardness effect is significantly better than the same intensity of sustainability movement.
