| In this thesis, the SunRaster Image Format developed by SunMicro System, Inc. was thoroughly examined. Based on the features of this specific image format, a builtin image processing system was designed by using Object-Oriented Design (OOD) approach. It was implemented in C++. One unique feature of the system is that it is easy to be used fur the builtin image processing in the X Window System, which can be valuable for some computer applications. The Object-Oriented Design approach makes the system more portable and easy to be extended in the future. |
