Abstract/Summary:
This study explored health insurance satisfaction among older adults and variables that affect their levels of satisfaction. This was a quantitative study involving 31 older adults ages 65 and older in two different senior centers. The results indicated associations between health insurance satisfaction and variables such as overall life satisfaction, health insurance cost, gender, and having a personal physician. Future studies with larger and more diverse samples are recommended to further explore the variables related to health insurance satisfaction.
