Economic development and the progress of the society cannot leave the talents construction, the foundation of talent building is health, the improvement of health level needs a perfect medical security system, our country has been in the stage of "healthy China 2030",both in terms of coverage or guarantee extent, social insurance o f primary medical treatment has been gradually perfect, but the development of commercial health insurance is in its infancy, insurance density and depth is lower than that of life insurance and property insurance, draw lessons from the international experience of other countries,we find that perfect medical security system needs the social basic medical insurance and commercial insurance exist at the same time,so the state, society and families should attach importance to the role of health insurance.Under this background, the study of factors affecting residents hold commercial health insurance has important practical significance, this paper takes the impact of residents' risk attitude on commercial health insurance as the research object from the perspective of residents' behavioral psychology,to determine the factors influencing health insurance, can provide a reference for the development of commercial health insurance, and at the same time also can further improve the social medical security system, improve the health of the residents.Firstly, this paper briefly explains the concept of risk attitude and commercial health insurance,at the same time, the role of commercial health insurance, the relationship between commercial health insurance and social basic medical insurance, the main existing medical security system in the world, and other factors affecting the insurance of commercial health insurance are summarized by literature review, summarizes domestic and foreign about the impact of risk attitudes to insurance articles,it is found that there are differences in the effect of risk attitude on insurance insurance, which can provide an entry point for the research of this paper. This paper summarizes the literature on risk attitude and family asset selection from the perspective of risk aversion coefficient and provides the basis for the later theoretical and empirical analysis.Introduces the relevant theoretical basis, and based on expected utility theory,Arrow's insurance demand theory,Pratt-Arrow's risk aversion coefficient and risk premium analysis, this paper conducts a theoretical analysis of the relationship between risk attitude and commercial health insurance.in this paper, the relationship between risk attitude and commercial health insurance is deduced by mathematical formula to provide theoretical support for this paper.Based on the differences in the relationship between risk attitude and commercial health insurance found in the literature review and the derivation of mathematic al models, the hypothesis of this paper is put forward, that is,risk attitude will affect the insurance of commercial health insurance, and the risk averse people have a higher probability and amount of health insurance. In order to further study risk attitudes influence on commercial insurance, the article uses CHFS panel data in 2011,2013 and 2015,through the Probit model and Tobit model above, puts forward two assumptions, respectively, using instrumental variables to solve endogenous problems, using town sample regression and eliminate 16-23,51-65 sample regression to perform robustness tests. There are some flaws in the data in this paper. The panel data used in this paper is not completely tracking survey data, but every year the family of the previous year will be re-investigated,and the change of family head is not very big.Meanwhile, the explanation in the statistical description section can reduce some errors in this paper.Through literature review and induction, theoretical mechanism ana lysis and derivation, and empirical model verification, this paper concludes: first, risk attitude has a certain impact on the insurance of commercial health insurance, and risk-averse decision makers are more likely to insure health insurance.Second, with the increase of risk aversion level, the amount of health insurance held will also increase.Third, the regional regression shows that western families are more likely to insure commercial health insurance and eastern families are more likely to insure the amount of insurance. Finally, according to the conclusion, this paper puts forward suggestions to the resident decision-makers and insurance companies from the perspectives of risk preference, risk neutrality and risk aversion,so as to improve China's social medical security system.
