| As an integral part of the social security system, medical insurance system plays animportant role in people’s health and medical insurance. Dalian is the first one of the pilotcities in China’s medical insurance system reform. From1996, Dalian has started a pilot andexploration of the employee medical insurance system, and it was formally established in2000, so far the health care system reform and development of Dalian has gone through of12years. Due to the intensification of the trend of aging, the pressure of aging population alsotest of China’s medical insurance system. So in order to maintain the harmonious developmentof society,the medical problems of the elderly deserves more social attention.After a lot of reading of the literature, by consulting experts and interviews of the insured,this article build the the satisfaction evaluation index system and the satisfaction questionnaireof Dalian employee medical insurance system. The issuance of questionnaires is mainlychoosed in the four districts of Dalia, including Zhongshan, Xigang, Shahekou and Ganjingzi.Recovered a total of481valid questionnaires through the issuance of questionnaires. Thisarticle mainly uses SPSS software for statistical analysis, including factor analysis, analysis ofvariance, correlation analysis,and regression analysis.By factor analysis, we get four factors of satisfaction. After the weighted calculation, thescore of medical insurance satisfaction is2.915points. The variance analysis results of theelderly insured’s individual characteristics factors show that, excluding gender, age, educationlevel, health status, income and other factors’ impact on satisfaction were significantdifferences. Correlation and regression analysis results showed that, designated hospitals,health insurance policy, drugstores, medical center overall has a significant positive impact onelderly insureds’ satisfaction.Finally, through the analysis and research of elderly insureds’ satisfaction, this paperconcludes with a specific countermeasures and suggestions of improve and perfect theemployee medical insurance system. |
