Abstract/Summary:
Specification and Description Language-Real Time (SDL-RT) is the software system targeted on designing the real time systems. Software designing is one of the most important phases of software development life cycle. The SDL-RT software system uses the combination of structural and behavior diagrams to create the required design of the real time system. Due to the complexity of the real time software that is developed and the interaction between various teams involved in the development of the real time software, there are several situations where in the textual specification and design information established by 1 team conveys wrong information to the other development teams of the same product and could lead to rework and hence additional cost to develop the required software product. To overcome this problem the software system is designed and developed where in textual information is replaced by graphical SDL-RT standard symbols to convey Specification and Design related information of Software product development and a description and C# file is generated from the diagrams for the developers to have a framework to work on.
