Production logistics is an important support for production activities,but production logistics has been ignored by enterprises for a long time.With the rise of the price of production factors,the profit space of enterprises is constantly compressed.Facing the increasingly competitive market,enterprises try to expand new profit space from internal production logistics management through supply side structural reform.In order to solve the problems of long total distance of material handling path,low utilization rate of handling tools and too many crossing points of routes in the process of increasing production and efficiency by increasing production lines of M company,this paper studies the optimization of production logistics,so as to enrich the research content in the field of production logistics system,and provide reference for other enterprises to solve similar problems.From the perspective of workshop layout design,on the basis of summarizing the literature and theoretical research on production logistics and material handling,workshop layout design and logistics system simulation,this paper analyzes the current situation of production logistics in the general assembly workshop of M company,and puts forward the problems to be studied in this paper.Based on the results of system layout design(SLP)for workshop layout planning,this paper adopts the analysis method of integrating set theory into the transportation system analysis(SHA).Based on material classification and material movement analysis,the location of material temporary storage area is arranged,and two initial optimization schemes are obtained.Through Flexsim simulation analysis,on the one hand,it is verified that the proposed optimization scheme can improve the current situation of production logistics in the general assembly workshop of M company,on the other hand,the final optimization scheme is screened out.Compared with the original scheme,in terms of workshop layout,the final optimization scheme compressed the staff rest area and added it as evaporator temporary storage area;adjusted the position of line end channel 3 and compressor temporary storage area to reduce the carrying tool flow of the passage occupied by the bearing column;narrowed the distance between functional areas with continuous operation,and added the relevant area as temporary storage area of condenser.In terms of production logistics,the total output of the final optimization scheme is increased by 8% compared with the original scheme;the total length of the corresponding material handling route is reduced by 14.4%;the average waiting time in the utilization rate of handling tools is reduced by 31.87%;the no-load operation rate is reduced by 48.17%;and the number of intersection points of transportation routes is reduced by 30.21%.Finally,according to the results of the study,the paper puts forward the suggestions of workshop production logistics management that the workshop layout planning and material management adopt the systematic strategy and the refined strategy respectively.
