With the development of economic globalization,more and more problems of production logistics were showed up in many manufacturing firms of China,caused smooth-less logistic stream,higher production cost and longer production cycle.Making use of facilities effectively,under the theory of BPR,this paper replanted the production distribution,optimized logistics route,improved the logistics quality and promoted material circulation.It has important meaning and great value for production cost and latent core-competitiveness.This paper concentrates on production logistics system and the logistics management of TONGFA Mechanical&Electrical Company.The purpose is to reduce logistics cost.After analyzing the logistics management at home and abroad,the problems of workshop distribution,material layout and value flow in logistics management of the manufacturing enterprises were listed and analyzed exactly.Then the optimization plan,including workshop distribution,layout planning and materials handling were presented,the production plan and the mechanism of logistics system were built.With the application of research,the production capacity is increased,the quality is assured,and the efficiency and profit are improved.Its practice meaning is not only important to Tongfa Mechanical&Electrical Company,but also to other similar corporations. |
