Since the reform and opening-up,the insurance market has become more and more open,and various insurance companies have mushroomed,and the competition situation has become increasingly severe.BDZY Life Insurance Company is located in the third-tier city of Baoding,China.It needs to optimize its marketing strategy in the contemporary insurance market in order to meet the needs of consumers and to occupy a place in the insurance market.BDZY Life Insurance Company is selected as the research object of this paper to conduct a concentrated study on the marketing status quo.As a rising star of life insurance company,BDZY Life Insurance Company Has achieved remarkable development since its opening,but its development capability is insufficient.Based on the marketing dilemma of BDZY Life Insurance Company,this paper takes marketing strategy theory and 7PS marketing theory as theoretical support,conducts marketing strategy research on BDZY Life Insurance Company based on Porter's five Forces model,PEST analysis method and Boston matrix,and combines with the current market environment of Insured life insurance.By BDZY Life Insurance Company market environment,industry environment,personnel management,product system,price strategy,marketing channel,promotion strategy,service process and tangible demonstration research and analysis,and in accordance with the way of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis,in-depth analysis expounds BDZY Life Insurance marketing strategy and the causes of the problems in the and obtained its marketing strategy optimization Suggestions.From the perspective of theoretical analysis and practice,this paper,based on the reality of BDZY Life Insurance Company,is committed to solving the problems existing in its marketing status.It is hoped that this paper can help optimize the marketing strategies of small and medium-sized life insurance companies.
