With the rapid development of economy and technology,the domestic life insurance industry has been extended to a considerable extent.From the micro point of view,the main structure of the target area,personal risk protection awareness,income level and classified demand are all important components that affect the development of life insurance industry.From the perspective of macro situation,policy dividend,changes in economic situation and regulatory environment,people's health and pension,improvement of wealth management demand,and vigorous development of information technology will bring opportunities and challenges to the continuous development of life insurance industry.In this paper,through the detailed analysis of the market analysis and the current marketing situation of f life Henan Branch,through the comprehensive analysis of the macro situation,the industry development trend and the micro situation,the shortcomings in the marketing strategy are found out.Combined with the implementation of basic life insurance marketing strategy of Henan Branch of f life insurance,and guided by 7PS strategy of marketing,the paper puts forward the theory of life insurance marketing strategy combination of Henan Branch of f life insurance.The content of the combination constitutes a strategic system in different aspects.The product strategy is based on the original products,developing innovative products of the mode,introducing different products according to different groups of people,and increasing the development of insurance products.In terms of channel strategy,it is suggested to add the rural regional service department,introduce the reform of the basic law of insurance agent,and research innovation.In terms of service strategy,we should strengthen the training intensity of insurance broker agents and consolidate the core competitiveness;in terms of follow-up service,we should actively provide high-quality and efficient service for customers to increase the sense of belonging of customers;in terms of service tangible display,we should take measures to Specific measures and so on.In this paper,the actual work of life insurance marketing strategy is analyzed to analyze the existing direction,combined with 7PS theory,to form a unique optimization of life insurance marketing strategy,hoping to provide some useful and effective suggestions for guiding the optimization and development of life insurance marketing strategy of Henan Branch of f life insurance.
