After more than 30 years of reform and opening up,China's insurance industry has become one of the fastest and most dynamic sunrise industries in the national economy with an annual growth rate of 30%.With the high-speed economic development,the continual improvement of living standards and enhancement of risk awareness,the diversity of the national asset allocation,combined with the aging problem increasingly prominent in Chinese society,from closed to open commercial endowment insurance market in China gradually developed into one of the world's most important emerging insurance market.Demand is still huge commercial endowment insurance endowment insurance companies in China remain positive driving force of sustainable development.Our country's commercial endowment insurance will still keep high speed development in quite a long time in the future.However,either with other developed countries and regions of the world insurance industry development level,or with our country's economy development and the internal demand of people after the living standards has improved a lot,the development of commercial endowment insurance market in China is still lagging behind,overall is still in the start stage in the process of rapid development.Under the situation of aging trend is more and more serious in our country,in response to the country to build solid operational security has a wide,diverse products,services,professional ability strong,continuous modest profit,management integrity of commercial endowment insurance system,P life endowment insurance as the pioneer of commercial endowment insurance must undertake the business of personal and family pension security plan,promote the healthy and efficient development of pension industry,actively participate in social old-age security market-oriented operation,to provide a stable support for the economic growth and financial security.Based on the research purpose,this paper is all about the individual of P life endowment insurance company,using PEST macro environment analysis of P life insurance endowment insurance in the macro marketing environment from the four dimensions which are the political,economic,social,science and technology to analysis in-depth.Using the current problems of marketing strategy which P life insurance endowment insurance is facing as a starting point and the 5R marketing strategies to explore how to raise the level of marketing strategy in P life of endowment insurance in the five dimensions of relevance,receptivity,responsive,recognition and relationship,and provide optimization suggestions for the implementation of the marketing strategy.The commercial endowment insurance marketing strategy has certain limitation on the market of the insurance company currently.This thesis research can bring practical significance to the P life pension insurance in the concrete implementation of marketing strategy,also can be as a reference for other commercial endowment insurance company by providing some feasible marketing strategies and suggestion.This thesis is of certain practical significant and researching value to commercial endowment insurance marketing.
