At present,the fierce market competition intensifies the instability of business environment.More and more enterprises realize the importance of talents in market competition.How to effectively retain talents,deeply tap the subjective initiative of existing employees,and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,has a positive role in promoting the benign development of enterprises.In this paper,PICC Property Insurance Chuxiong company as the research object,through the investigation to understand the current situation of the company's incentive mechanism,combined with five aspects of incentive mechanism mechanism to analyze the existing incentive mechanism.This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method and case study method to carry out the research: the first part is the introduction part,which summarizes the current research background of employee motivation and related theories and literature at home and abroad.Through the research,analysis,induction and summary of domestic and foreign literature,the research idea of this paper is explored.The second part is the theoretical analysis part,which analyzes the concept of motivation and incentive mechanism,incentive theory,incentive mechanism theory and other related theories,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.The third part is the case analysis and investigation part,taking PICC Property Insurance Chuxiong company as the research object,starting from the five aspects of incentive,the paper analyzes the current situation of employee incentive mechanism.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of PICC Property Insurance Chuxiong company,and explores the causes of the problems in the incentive mechanism,so as to provide reference for the fifth part of the countermeasures and security measures.The fifth part is the countermeasures and implementation guarantee.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the fourth part,the improvement measures are put forward in terms of salary,promotion,assessment,welfare,training and participation right,and the guarantee measures are put forward from three aspects: the change of thinking,the implementation of incentive mechanism and the education of employees.Finally,the conclusion and Prospect of this paper are expounded.In this paper,the salary and welfare,training,promotion,growth and other aspects of Chuxiong branch personnel pay more attention to factors.Age,education background and position have significant influence on salary equity,salary responsibility,salary performance,promotion space,enterprise care,training and learning,personal growth,participation in decision-making,etc.different incentive factors have different incentive effects on employees with different identities.Therefore,we should pay attention to the implementation of targeted incentive measures when establishing incentive mechanism.The research of this paper can not only enrich the research results of the relevant management theory of employee incentive mechanism optimization,promote the combination of theory and practice,but also promote PICC Property Insurance Chuxiong company to innovate management concept,improve internal incentive management behavior,mobilize the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of employees,and provide valuable value for the optimization and improvement of emplo yee incentive mechanism of PICC Chuxiong company For reference.
