Abstract/Summary:
The development and expansion of enterprises can not do without the participation of employees.Effective incentive strategies for employees can improve work efficiency,retain outstanding talents,develop employees’ potential and maintain a positive state,improve employees’ self-consciousness and initiative,and form a healthy competitive model of employee development.Most of the enterprises in the developed countries,especially the large and competitive enterprises,will use a lot of incentives,such as preferential policies,high wages or fast rising ways to attract high end talents,so as to strengthen the talent resources of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises.At present,many enterprises still lack the incentive strategy of employees and do not know how to motivate the employees correctly.There are many problems,such as material incentive,neglect of spiritual motivation,single incentive methods and means,and imperfect evaluation system of enterprise performance.This paper takes the Loudi branch of human insurance insurance as an example to discuss and analyze the problems in the current employee incentive strategy,and further formulate a perfect incentive strategy to solve the existing problems,improve the enthusiasm of the staff and stimulate the potential of the employees.In this paper,based on the theoretical perspective,we pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,and use literature research method,case analysis method,inductive summary method and other commonly used research methods,combined with the specific situation of the Loudi branch of China’s human insurance insurance,and strive to be objective and effective.The thesis is carried out from three aspects:First of all,a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the staff motivation in the insurance industry and the way of staff motivation plays an important role in the rapid development of enterprises.Secondly,through the analysis of the property of the Loudi branch and its affiliated industry,the form of the company,the composition of the company,the future development of the company and so on,we find the achievements and problems of the employee incentive in Loudi branch.Finally,according to the current problems of PICC Loudi branch,combining with the analysis of scientific incentive theory,it puts forward the improvement of incentive strategies and suggestions.In this study,we will further combine the actual situation of the development of the Loudi branch of human insurance insurance and optimize the employee incentive strategy so as to motivate the employees to work actively,to excavate the potential of the staff in the team,to realize their own value and to create value for the enterprises,and to further promote the financial insurance of Loudi city for the future.The branch develops the power.
