At present,the number of broadband users of China Telecom has been surpassed by China Mobile,and the scale of broadband users lags behind China Mobile.Foshan Telecom's home broadband users are constantly losing out in competition,and the number of new home broadband users is lagging behind Foshan Mobile.Foshan Telecom's position as the leader in the broadband market is facing a severe test.Taking the current situation of Foshan Telecom's home broadband marketing as an example,this article analyzes the current development environment and marketing problems of Foshan Telecom's home broadband business,and proposes marketing strategies which are customer demand-oriented and customer cost-oriented,enhance customer convenience and strengthen communication with customers for the smart home product market,incremental market and stock market.On the basis of four marketing strategies,the article puts forward suggestions that help the implementation of the strategy,including the establishment of an integrated operation and maintenance support platform,the optimization of the community store contracting system,and the establishment of a different network information survey mechanism The article makes recommendations for the scale development of Foshan Telecom's home broadband,provides a reference for China Telecom to formulate a national strategic goal and provide a goal for the future development direction based on strategies and safeguards mentioned above.
