Economic globalization makes profound changes have taken place in the global strategy,countries or regions to speed up the pace of the industry strategic transformation. At present,the strategic transformation has become China’s technology-intensive enterprise consistent choices. Technology has increasingly become the main driver of strategic transformation.Under the background of industrial transformation research technology-intensive enterprises of competitiveness has obvious practical significance. Technology-intensive enterprise’s development has increasingly become the main driving force of a country’s economic development, the important role of technology intensive enterprises with market competition intensified, technology-intensive enterprises can continue to maintain its competitive advantage in the fierce competition, the key lies in the competitiveness of the enterprises.In this case, the urgent need us to study the competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises, improve the competition strategy of its competitiveness.In this study to technology-intensive enterprises, on the basis of a detailed analysis of technology intensive enterprises in our country are analyzed in the present situation of the research and development innovation, the market competition ability. Combined with the background of the strategic transformation of China’s industry, with some technology-intensive enterprises in guizhou province as an example, analysis of the current situation of part of the competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises, from the basic theory of enterprise competitiveness, according to the characteristics of technology-intensive enterprises technology-intensive enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed, and by using multi-level principal component analysis based on factor analysis on the part of thetechnology-intensive enterprises competitiveness evaluation and comparison, to 15 the competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises made a ranking. Due to the selection of enterprise is limited, ranking may be calculated by measuring results differ with the authorities. But the aim of this study, on the one hand, through the evaluation and comparison of these technology intensive enterprise competitiveness gap to find specific problems, on the other hand on the advantages and disadvantages of technology-intensive enterprise competitiveness put forward a more competitive competition strategy. Finally on the one hand,can provide some clues to the future researchers.
