| Since the beginning of 21st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s demand for express delivery industry has also increased.Modern express delivery industry is a product of economic globalization and an important service industry that promotes economic globalization,which has become an important part of international economic system.However,there have been many problems regarding the development of express delivery industry,and the most important one is that the ability and quality of express company employees are expected to be improved further.After being aware of this problem,major express companies have begun to conduct employee quality training,but until now related employee quality training is still insufficient,even resulting in an obstacle for the whole express delivery industry.Thus,it appears to be very important to improve the quality of employees in the express delivery industry.This paper primarily applies the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research.At the same time,it takes A express company as the research object,dissects the current situation of the company and the status of employee quality training,builds a competency model to analyze the micro-level A express company employee quality training results in the company of conducting interviews and questionnaire surveys.It is found that there are four major problems in the Company A,such as the lack of employees’ awareness of quality training,the lack of reasonable use of quality training funds by the management,the existence of imperfect quality training mechanism of the training department,and the company’s lack of professional training and evaluation teams.After further investigation by the author,the major reasons for these problems are displayed in this paper: employees don’t form quality training awareness,the management does not pay enough attention,related department doesn’t apply specific incentives approaches,and there is no good learning environment within the company.Finally,based on the analysis of above two major parts,suggestions for improving the quality of A express company’s employees are put forward accordingly: optimize the employee training system from the three aspects of course content,course technology and test question bank,strengthen training awareness;improve talent training methods,strengthen personnel training;make performance assessment system comprehensive,improve the training level;optimize the company’s salary system,improve the efficiency of skills;promote the combination of personal learning and learning through the four aspects of understanding the environment,creating characteristics,organizing the team to make progress,summing up,evaluating,adjusting and improving,and building a culture to promote learning.I believe this paper can not only help A express company to improve the quality of its employees,but also provide reference experience for similar express companies. |
