| In the process of the development of security industry,due to the large demand for personnel and the relative lack of professional security training institutions in the society,it is inevitable to reduce the standards of personnel recruitment,which is not standardized or even chaotic.This has resulted in the problems of mixed employment,mixed good and bad,slow professionalization of security services and other problems.The security service supervision task will be more and more beneficial Arduous.How to improve the quality of security practitioners,enhance the level of professional security services,improve the social status of security practitioners and security personnel,continue to play the positive role of security team in serving economic and social development,especially in helping to maintain social security,is the main problem facing the security industry at present and in the future.Competency model has practical and effective guiding significance for employees to improve professional quality,security enterprise recruitment,and government standardized management of employees.However,due to the short development time of China’s security industry,there has not been a targeted competency model of security service industry employees.For the individual enterprises engaged in security industry,it is particularly necessary to build a competency model of security employees suitable for the enterprise itself,and to cultivate and improve the quality of employees.Based on the competency model,this paper uses the methods of field survey,comparative research,literature research,key event interview,expert evaluation,and so on.On the basis of the related concepts and theories,this paper constructs the competency model of security guards through the statistics of the results of the questionnaire.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of security guards in Jindun Security Co.,Ltd.,and probes into the causes.Based on the competency model,the training system is established from training and development process,demand analysis,training and development plan,training and development effect evaluation,which provides reference for Jindunsecurity company in personnel quality training and promotion,and points out the direction for further improvement of its training system.It provides a new perspective and a reference system for the training of security guards in other regions of China. |
