The Study On The Employee Quality Cultivation Of S.f.express Based On Competency Model

With the coming of Global Economic Integration and Internet Plus, growth in electronic commerce is very rapid and new chances will be experienced by express delivery enterprises.Following the trend of the times, S.F.Express has a rapid development since founded with staff number growing greatly, especially for the line production staff. However, the shortage of staff competence is becoming more and more important with company expanding, team building for high-competence staff is extremely urgent.The paper focus on the staff competence problem in S.F.Express with theoretical analysis and empirical study. Firstly it is needed to comb all the theories which will be used for proving the research. Secondly there will be an introduction about the current status of talent cultivation based on sufficient survey, including company introduction, research on the present status of company human resource, cultivation status on staff competence.
