First of all, standing on the perspective of the express delivery enterprises, this article make an analysis of the current development situation and management status of China’s courier business. Secondly, by building the house of quality for A express company and analyzing the function of quality, we found out that the key factor affecting the quality of the enterprise service is the delivery time limit. "The last kilometer" is the weak link of the enterprise quality management, thus to a large extent restricting the service level and affecting people’s consumption experience. Finally, aiming at how to shorten the delivery time, this paper takes the enterprise’s import process as an example to collect and analyze data according to the DMAIC method, in order to realize the application of six sigma managements in express delivery quality improvement. Examples have proved that implementing six sigma managements in A express enterprise can not only improve the quality of delivery, but also optimize the process, reduce costs and break departmental boundaries to strengthen cooperation.
