Research On The Impact Of Industrial Transfer On Industrial Structure Of The Central Region

Since the reform and opening up,China has actively undertaken industrial transfer from developed regions,especially in the eastern region,affected by policy preferences,geographical location and endowment advantages,historical accumulation and demographic dividend,the economy has developed rapidly,the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and the factor price has risen significantly,but there are also a series of problems,such as limited environmental carrying capacity,investment Problems such as falling returns.The eastern region is facing the pressure of industrial structure adjustment,some industries losing competitiveness are gradually transferred to the central and western regions,which also brings historical opportunities for the central and western regions to undertake industrial transfer and promote industrial structure,and industrial transfer is an important way to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.In terms of undertaking industrial transfer,the central region is between the East and the west,with rich resource advantages,obvious location advantages and market advantages,making the central region the second echelon to undertake industrialtransfer.In this context,this paper takes six central regions(Hubei Province,Hunan Province,Anhui Province,Henan Province,Jiangxi Province,Shanxi Province)as the object,through combing the current situation and characteristics of the industrial structure in the central region,to study the impact mechanism and effect of industrial transfer from the east to foreign countries on the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure in the central region.Based on the data of six provinces in Central China,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of industrial transfer on the upgrading,rationalization,staged comparison and spatial relevance of industrial structure in Central China.Based on the above research,it can provide some reference suggestions for promoting the healthy development of regional industry and optimizing the structure adjustment,and for the formulation of industrial adjustment policies in the central region.The research content of this paper is as follows: the first part is the introduction,which outlines the overall context of the article through the elaboration of the research background,significance,content and research methods;the second part is the introduction Literature review and theoretical basis,the relevant theories and literature of industrial transfer and industrial structure are simply combed and commented,which lays a good foundation for the later theoretical research and empirical analysis;the third part is mechanism analysis,which analyzes the influence path and optimization effect of industrial transfer on industrial structure from three aspects of agriculture,industry and service industry.The fourth part analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the industrial transfer and industrial structure in the central region,and discusses the existing problems;the fifth part studies the impact of industrial transfer on the industrial structure of the central region from 2002 to 2017 by building indicators of industrial transfer and industrial structure,taking six provinces in the central region of China as the object.Based on the static analysis of the common panel model,it is concluded that: the industrial transfer in the eastern region is positively related to the industrial structure upgrading index in the central region,and the eastern transfer of production has a positive role in promoting the industrial structure upgrading in the central region;theforeign direct investment and the Eastern transfer of production have a significant role in promoting the industrial structure rationalization;based on the spatial panel model analysis,it is shown that: a region undertakes the industrial transfer Transfer not only plays a positive role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of their own industrial structure,but also drives the optimization of the upgrading of industrial structure in the surrounding areas.On the whole,industrial transfer has played a role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in the central region.The effect of industrial transfer can be effectively exerted through industrial agglomeration effect,technological progress effect,human resource effect and capital accumulation effect.For the sustainable and healthy economic development of central China,we should give full play to the comparative advantages of each province,actively undertake international and inter-regional industrial transfer,orderly and reasonably promote the inflow of production factors,so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,the local government should actively encourage and guide foreign investment and enterprises in the eastern region to invest in the central region,especially the high-tech industry and the third industry,actively implement the policy of talent introduction and encourage enterprises to innovate.
