Research On The Impact Of The Factor Mobility On The Industry Structure Evolution

Industrial structure is the foundation and core of economic structure,which is closely related to the growth rate and quality of national economy.It also determines the people's living standard and ecological environment quality.As the micro motive force of the evolution of industrial structure,factor mobility plays an important role in the process of economical development.Although the evolution of industrial structure in the central region is good,there are still some problems such as the structural contradiction and the slow development of the third industry.Exploring the influence of factor flow on the evolution of industrial structure is significant for promoting the rational flow of factors,accelerating the evolution of industrial structure,and truly realizing the rise of central china.This paper based on the theory,combs the connotation of the factor flow and the evolution of the industrial structure,and builds an influence mechanism of the factor flow on the evolution of the industrial structure.In addition,using the SSM method analyze the characteristics of the industrial structure evolution in the central region,and measure the rationalization of the industrial structure through the Theil entropy index.Meanwhile,establish the overall situation and difference of panel regression model,ordinary least squares regression model and threshold regression model on the effect of central region mobility of factors on the evolution of the industrial structure of the empirical analysis.The results are as follows:(1)Generally,there was no obvious relationship between labor mobility and industrial structure evolution in central region.Whilst,capital flows and technology diffusion on the evolution of the industrial structure have a significant positive effects;population density,per capita education degree and the number of people accounted for third of industry can promote the evolution of industrial structure,and fiscal revenue shows weak inhibition on the evolution of industrial structure.(2)The analysis of the inter provincial differences shows that the outflow of labor force in Hunan,Hubei and Anhui can promote the evolution of industrial structure,but it is not significant.Labor and capital flows in Jiangxi and Henan have a significant effect on the evolution of industrial structure,and the role of technology diffusion is not significant.The situation of Shanxi province is the most special,in which the three factors have no significant influence on the evolution of industrial structure.(3)Threshold regression results show that capital flows can promote the evolution of industrial structure.after the institutional environment has reached a certain degree,capital flow would promote the evolution of the industrial structure obviously.Technology diffusion can also promote the evolution of industrial structure,but the evolution of industrial structure can only benefit from the introduction of technology when the institutional environment is good enough.
