Study On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Anfeng Town,Donghai County,Jiangsu Province

China's poverty problem has always been the most important issue of the Party and the government.Although after more than 30 years of reform and opening up,China's poverty alleviation action has made remarkable achievements,but there is still a situation of prescription poverty alleviation.In November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the idea of precise poverty alleviation.As the concept of precise poverty alleviation began to be gradually distributed to the county and town governments,people began to implement the concept and take measures to tackle rural poverty.There are only two years left before 2020,and the task of poverty alleviation is very arduous.Anfeng Town in Donghai County,Jiangsu Province,as one of the 20 pilot towns in Jiangsu Province,has been granted economic and social management authority at the county level.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the work of precise poverty alleviation.Although some achievements have been made in recent years,there are still some problems.Therefore,based on the above background,the author thoroughly investigates the current situation and existing problems of precision poverty alleviation in Anfeng Town,and puts forward corresponding proposing relevant solutions for various problems faced by Anfeng Town's precision poverty alleviation in Anfeng Town,which is of great significance for realizing a well-off society on schedule in the future.On the basis of a large number of reading documents,this paper chooses Anfeng Town,Donghai County,Jiangsu Province as the research object,takes the situation of precise poverty alleviation in Anfeng Town as the research object,proceeds from the theoretical perspective of precise poverty alleviation,combines the poverty situation in Anfeng Town,Donghai County,and finds out the restriction precision through case study and mass interviews.The disadvantageous factors of quasi-poverty alleviation work provide new ideas for the smooth development of poverty alleviation work.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction is the first part.It introduces the background of this paper,the research situation at home and abroad,the research methods and significance.The second part is to make a conceptual distinction between poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation.At the same time,it introduces the theoretical basis of the writing of this thesis,including the theory of anti-poverty,the theory of rights poverty.The third part analyses the current situation of precise poverty alleviation in Anfeng Town,Donghai County,Jiangsu Province,describes the measures and results it has taken,points out the problems in the process of precise poverty alleviation,and summarizes the reasons for the problems;the fourth part is about the experience of poverty alleviation in other areas at home and abroad.This paper introduces and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of the precise poverty alleviation work in Anfeng Town.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the precise poverty alleviation work in Anfeng Town.The sixth part is the conclusionAfter a series of investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions in view of the existing problems:first,to improve the construction of precise poverty alleviation mechanism;second,to encourage all sectors of society and residents to precise poverty alleviation;third,to strengthen the construction of poverty alleviation industry projects;fourth,to build professional precise poverty alleviation teams.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some reference for the next poverty alleviation work in China.
