Study On Risk Management Of Distributed Multi-activity Project Of Bank Y

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,reduce construction cost,the response to the call of national financial industry science and technology independent innovation,save operating costs,Y as an Internet bank,on the basis of traditional IT infrastructure architecture of the Internet technology to explore,a lot of innovation to the traditional financial system architecture,proposed a distributed live projects;The distributed multi-activity project of bank Y is a key project of the company,which has a large scale,high technical difficulty,no implementation experience reference in the industry,many implementation applications and complex project management.At the same time,the banking core system belongs to the banking most important system,and the risk must be controllable.In the practice of large-scale information technology projects,the effect of risk management is particularly prominent,especially the uncertainty of the use of new technologies introduced in the projects,which will affect the progress of the overall project.Distributed system of banking industry in this paper,by studying the project risk management process,in view of the Y bank,analyzing the present situation and problems of distributed more projects at the same time for risk identification,risk quantification,risk countermeasures and risk control,etc.,to identify the project risks related,in view of the relevant risk assessment,quantitative analysis,risk response planning,and to monitor action plan,and dynamic adjustment to ensure the implementation effect,thus forming a set of feasible project risk control process.The risk control measures of the project can minimize the occurrence of risks and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Distributed by the bank in this paper the Y live project risk management research,using the risk management of the existing research method,is applied to distributed live Y bank project,if can do significant risk controllable,project launched on schedule and no major issues,the follow-up to the entire industry can promote the core project risk control standard solutions,to provide reference for the whole industry,so as to respond to national policy and regulatory requirements,make more Banks can smooth implementation of construction data center and the core system,therefore,the paper studies whether from the reference implementation,project management or academic research industry is very significant.
