From the new century, comprehensive enterprises risk management(CERM) has become the international enterprise risk management standard. From the standpoint of CERM, risks include crisis and opportunity. Enterprise risk management is not to eliminate all risks, but to minimize the uncontrollable risks and to undertake the controllable risks. It allows the enterprise's senior management team and staff to manage risks according to established strategies and goals, so that to create value. Effective enterprises risk management has become an important part of the enterprise core competitiveness. The enterprise should consider the risk management during formulating business strategies instead of after the determination.Z company is a typical high technology enterprise, whose core businesses are software development and marketing. Z company is now facing an important historical opportunity, but company's leaders realize that the company's rapid development is accompanied by increasing uncertainty. For enterprise to achieve its strategic aim, the company decided to learn from the current international risk management theory add, then delete and implement its own enterprise risks management, and make risk management a core content of company's operation and management.Therefore, this thesis is based on the research work which integrated theory and practice. Based on systematical studies of current risk management theories and methods to solve practical problems both in China and abroad, it gets continuous improvement combined with Z company's gradually construction of risk management.The main achievements of the thesis include:based on an international CERM theory, combined with Z company's practice, give a detail analysis and summary in risks identification,risks evaluation and assessment,risks response policy formulation,implementation of risks management,risks supervision and improvement. And give a plan on Z company's unsolved problems in risk management area.The outstanding characteristic of this thesis is to combine the enterprise risk management theories and methods with Z company's risk management practice closely. The theory guides the practice, the practice promotes the development of enterprise, which makes the achievement of this thesis practical and vital.
