In twenty first century there is all kinds of competition, if wich industry wants to make success, the key factor is to master the inner law of systems in different fields. Integrating the computer simulation and computer technology will bring huge productivity and thoroughly reveal the inner law of system. Computer simulation shows its inexhaustible life more and more.The aim of distributed interactive simulation based on High Level Archtecture (HLA) just is to resolve the problems puzzling the complex distributed system. Comparing to the traditional single simulation, in the method, Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) provides common and independent programs, thus the simulation function, simulation running and substratum communication can run independently, be full of use the advanced technology in respective field, more exactly simulate the complex distributed system and reveal its inner laws.In this thesis, the distributed interactive simulation (DIS) based-on HLA will be studied through an example that is the integration production planning of FUSHUN petrochemical company, CNPC. The pupose of the research is to fully use the method and theory up to data in DIS/HLA, enlarge the function of DIS/HLA and improve the performance of DIS/HLA. The work is done by following two-step: theory and practice.The research of theory mainly includes three parts:1) Dynamic grid-based algorithm research in data distributed management (DDM). In order to resolve the problem that the current algorithm of DDM has a low rate of data filer and too much time cost. We lead the dynamic grid into routing space and suggest the dynamic grid-based algorithm based-on thoroughly studied all current algorithms of DDM. The relationship of between grid-cell, updating time, receiving time, queuing time and rate of data filer is studied in a simulation experiment, and the optimal formula of grid-cell size is done by theory proof and formula deduce.2) Study of dynamic changing Lookahead algorithm in time management (TM). In the paper, we define the definition of Lookahead based on the specification of HLA. Thoroughly analyzing the relationship between Lookahead and lower bound time stamp (LBTS) in TM, we reveal the factors impacting the performance DIS/HLA, such as synchronization time too long, simulation advance too slow and the number of computing too large. The TM model and dynamic changing algorithm is done on above research.
