Research On The Optimization Of IKKS Group's Purchasing Supply Chain

IKKS is a famous French children's wear brand.In the 1990 s,they began to peel off the link of clothing manufacturing,focusing more on children's clothing design and market operation.Thanks to the improvement of China's clothing supply chain and the vigorous development of textile exports.For more than 20 years,IKKS group has been purchasing clothes with good quality and low price from China.However,in recent years,due to China's industrial upgrading and strategic transfer of resource investment,IKKS's procurement cost in China has gradually increased.The importance of optimizing the procurement process and improving the efficiency of the procurement supply chain is gradually emerging.This paper mainly discusses the optimization method of IKKS group for purchasing supply chain,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting clothing sales and brand development.In this paper,"research on the optimization of IKKS group's purchasing supply chain " as the topic,the IKKS group procurement supply chain to do a comprehensive analysis and discussion.Focusing on the optimization of IKKS group's purchasing supply chain,this paper discusses various problems existing in the company's procurement.Three directions to optimize the procurement supply chain are put forward: first,the necessity of strategic procurement implementation is put forward,and the ultimate goal is to enhance the value of the final customer;second,the current suppliers are classified by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and different resources are invested in different levels of suppliers;third,scientific cost reduction methods are proposed and cost reduction is given Three steps.If the procurement is only to pursue the simple procurement content such as price negotiation,delivery tracking and product quality confirmation,the value of the procurement supply chain can not be mentioned,let alone the optimization of the procurement supply chain in order to promote the company's operation and enhance the brand value.Based on the optimization of IKKS group's purchasing supply chain,this paper puts forward the change steps and methods,in order to expect the company's procurement to play the greatest value in the supply chain.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the purchasing end of the supply chain.From the perspective of enterprises,it helps to analyze the problems faced by IKKS group,and puts forward solutions and possible development direction of the procurement supply chain of IKKS group.
