Credit approval is the core business of the guarantee enterprise.Through the development of credit approval business activities,the guarantee enterprise can judge the credit risk of the target customer and define the guarantee amount based on the balance of risk and income.The credit approval business has a significant impact on the operation and development of guarantee enterprises,and the human resource management activities of this post have also been paid more attention by many managers.The scientific construction of performance appraisal system can not only guarantee the enthusiasm of the employees in the credit approval post,but also ensure the rapid development of a guarantee company in recent years.The credit approval business line has been growing continuously,which is given to the credit approval department The employees of the company have caused a certain amount of work pressure,and the managers of the company are aware of the importance of the post of credit approval.They are committed to improving the management efficiency through a series of human resource management systems.However,since 2017,the loss of employees in the credit approval post of a guarantee company is quite obvious.The reason is that the lack of an effective performance appraisal system makes it difficult to form a scientific distribution according to work mode.Therefore,a guarantee company urgently needs to form an effective performance appraisal management system in combination with the actual needs of performance appraisal activities.The impact of credit approval post on the operation and development of a guarantee company is very obvious.Based on the actual situation of operation and development of a guarantee company and the needs of credit approval business activities,this paper,through satisfaction survey,understands the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation of credit approval post of a guarantee company,and combines the requirements of credit approval performance evaluation Effective performance appraisal scheme for credit approval posts,In this paper,based on the current situation of the performance appraisal of the employees in the credit approval post of a guarantee company,with the help of questionnaire survey to analyze the shortcomings of the performance appraisal,the performance appraisal scheme and safeguard measures of the employees in the credit approval post of a guarantee company are carried out,and in the process of the appraisal scheme design,the expert scoring is used to quantify the performance appraisal indicators,so as to form an effective performance appraisal right Focus on indicators to better form the help of performance appraisal.Based on the optimization scheme of performance appraisal,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme of employees in the post of credit approval of a guarantee company,including information technology guarantee,employee training guarantee,risk control guarantee,etc.the countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper can make the performance appraisal system of credit approval of a guarantee company more reasonable and enhance the competitiveness of a guarantee company.At the same time,because the development of credit approval business activities is very important in the development of guarantee industry,this study can also bring positive impact on the optimization of credit approval performance evaluation mode in the same industry.
