Salary management is an important part of current human resource management.A set of scientific and effective salary management system plays a very important role in the cultivation of talents,the improvement of work efficiency and the growth of business performance.Taking company Y as an example,this paper makes a complete and systematic analysis and discussion on the compensation management optimization of company Y in seven chapters.The first part,introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research significance and background of this paper.The second part,the theoretical basis.The third part is about the current situation of compensation management in company Y.Firstly,it introduces the introduction of company Y,then the human resources of company Y,and then the current situation of the company's compensation management.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the compensation management of company Y and their causes.This part firstly introduces the research situation,company Y pay this research adopts the combination of interview and questionnaire,coincides with the company is committed to reforming compensation,Y this interview and questionnaire survey to get the company approved by the department of leadership and human questionnaire issued to all staff,the questionnaire recovery rate is higher,take to the data we want.Then,through data analysis,the problems of compensation management in company Y are found out and the reasons behind are analyzed.The fifth part is the compensation management optimization plan of company Y.At the beginning of this paper,the general idea of compensation management optimization of company Y is briefly introduced,and then the countermeasures and Suggestions for compensation management optimization are proposed.The sixth part proposes the implementation of compensation management optimization in company Y.Including three aspects of the content: The seventh part makes a comprehensive summary of the compensation management optimization of the whole Y company,and at the same time makes a prospect of the next research.It is hoped that this study will provide certain theoretical guidance and practical reference for the compensation management of company Y and similar enterprises in other communication industries.
