In recent years,the internal and external management of financial industry has changed.In order to adapt to the new normal,Construction Bank of China has formulated a lot of transformation and development plans.When the transformation into basic branches,some problems occurred which restrict the transformation.Among them,the most prominent is the merit pay allocation model for branches.This paper focuses on the merit pay allocation model for Sujiatun branch of China Construction Bank.The current allocation of Sujiatun branch is short of incentive effects.It influences the work enthusiasm of staffs greatly,and hindered the development of comprehensive transformation.This paper aims to design a new merit pay allocation model for Sujiatun branch,in order to play the incentive effects improve total merit pay,increase the staffs pay,get a win-win situation between Sujiatun branch and the staffs finally.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the performance management,salary management,and further introduces the characteristics of merit pay allocation of Construction Bank of China.In addition,it also contains the analysis of the methods of salary management both in bad and good ways.(2)To sum up the performance assessment on the basis of comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly make a brief introduction of CCB Sujiatun branch,taking its performance and salary management as an example.Secondly analyze employees'satisfaction of the current performance and salary management,and some suggestions are raised.Finally analyze its advantages and disadvantages of the performance and salary management.(3)An analysis of why and how the merit pay allocation is made from the principle and strategy.The project is set up according to the position obligation,employees capability and employees performance.(4)Based on the theory of comprehensive evaluation,a performance pay distribution scheme is designed with incentive function.The count of performance pay of every worker according to the competency degree,and this process can also incentive different worker.(5)This paper analyzed the implementation steps and the questions of the merit pay allocation,it also proposes the support measures.At last,this paper summarizes the merit pay allocation model for Sujiatun branch and forecasts the developing trends.
