Under the background of economic globalization,China's innovative proposal to build Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration,this initiative can enhance China's international competitiveness and comprehensive national strength,but also narrow the gap between urban regional development.At present,the urban agglomeration in the economic form of the Bay area has more advantages in participating in the international competition.However,on the basis of "one country,two systems ",the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area into a world-class Bay area is an urgent dilemma for the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to study the comprehensive urban strength of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.The development status of a city's comprehensive strength is conducive to clarifying the development situation of the city and deficiencies,so as to reasonably optimize the development layout of Dawan City and realize the efficient and cooperative innovation development of Dawan City.Based on the characteristics of the bay area city,this paper constructs an index system based on the four dimensions of economic development,opening to the outside world,innovation-driven,people's life,and includes 20 specific secondary indicators according to the concept and connotation of the comprehensive strength of the city and the related research results of predecessors.Secondly,after analyzing the principle,advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods,three single evaluation methods,principal component analysis,entropy method and CRITIC method,are selected as the basis to improve the fuzzy Borda combination evaluation model.In the empirical aspect,we select the relevant index data of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area cities in 2017,adopt three single evaluation methods and The combined evaluation model calculates and sorts the urban comprehensive strength scores of each region,and carries on the combined evaluation from the four dimensions of economic development,opening to the outside world,innovation driven,people's life in turn,obtains the scores and rankings of different dimensions of each region and carries on the analysis and discussion.Among them,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Hong Kong comprehensive strength is the strongest,Huizhou,Jiangmen,Zhaoqing city comprehensive strength is the weakest,and the development between Dawan City is unbalanced,polarization phenomenon is obvious.After that,according to the comprehensive strength of the city and the evaluation results of the four dimensions of economic development,opening to the outside world,innovation-driven,people's life,exploratory spatial data analysis,use Geod.The spatial distribution characteristics of Dawan area cities are studied a software construction Moran's I index and LISA agglomeration map.It is found that the spatial distribution of the comprehensive strength level of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area is mainly low concentration,with significant spatial positive correlation and spatial agglomeration.Finally,it puts forward several policy suggestions including raising the level of opening to the outside world and balancing the urban education resources in Dawan area.
