The Evaluation Study On Xinjiang's Comprehensive Strength Of Based On Improved Factor And Cluster Analysis

Comprehensive strength not only reflects a country's comprehensive index in economy,politic,military and technical power,but also evaluates a region's important index of the development level of social and economic system.It can not only reflect a region's comprehensive development in all aspects of the national economy,but also reflects the possibility of sustainable development of national economy in the region.So studying a region's comprehensive power plays a vital role in the region's economic development.In the new normal and the backdrop of the transformation and upgrading of econ omic structure,Xingjiang is the important core area of the Belt and Road and it posses the natural advantages in constructing the economic zone of the silk road no matter in geography,nationality,customs,or economic and trade.In recent years,the central further has increased the support for Xinjiang and it is given a lot of preferential policies and much money in the process of economic development in Xinjiang.Through the national support of rebuilding and the help from other provinces as well as own efforts,both basic industries and high-tech industry has a rapid development during digging its own advantage and potential in Xinjiang,which makes the whole comprehensive economic strength of the Xinjiang enhance gradually around the states.But due to historical reasons,it causes the uneven economic development around all states,especially in South Xinjiang.Some aspects are even at a disadvantage position no matter in geographical position or investments,especially the contradiction of unbalanced economic development,which not only causes unequal economic level,but also involves the social stability and security of Xinjiang.Therefore the author scientifically researches the economic development conditions of Xinjiang states.It has the profound significance for the social stability and development of Xinjiang.Selection in this paper,through xinjiang around 2017 per capita gross domestic product,total investment in fixed assets,such as a representative of the 12 indicators data,in the traditional analysis,on the basis of the factors to improve the model of entropy value method.With the aid of statistical software,economic strength of 14 states in Xinjiang are analyzed,ranked and contrasted,and according to various ground composite scores of factor analysis,put forward elevant suggestions effectively.The results for the autonomous region party committee,the govemment in xinjiang in the future economic development strategy of related problems of providing certain reference and reference value.
