Research On The County Economy Comprehensive Strength Evaluation Of Shandong Province

The county economy is the refinement unit of the regional economy.It is the basic unit of the national economy,the provincial economy and even the city's economy,which is the most comprehensive and regional unit.At present,the overall level of development of China's county economy is low,but the county economy has a good momentum of development,has gradually become an important force in China's economic growth.With the objective "the development of county economy" of "the Sixteenth Congress",the development of county economy has risen to the strategic level,at the same time,the domestic research of county economy is increasing,it involves the theoretical research of county economy,the construction of index system,the selection of evaluation methods,the use of analytical tools,and so on,the analysis of economic geography perspective has become the development direction of county economy in the past few years.Shandong Province,as China's economy and agricultural province,is a typical epitome of county economic development in China,in recent years,with the introduction of a series of policies,such as "the scientific development of county economy ",Shandong county economy as a whole showed a good momentum of development,but there still exist many problems such as the unbalanced economic development,low-end county Industrial development and “three high” enterprises restricting the county economy balanced and efficient development.In order to explore the county economy development of Shandong Province and the correlation between each county economy in recent 10 years,further find the problems and provide guidance for the county economy development of Shandong Province,two time points in 2005 and in 2015 and 90 counties of Shandong Province were taken as the research object,to evaluate the comprehensive economic strength of each county.Based on the current county development situation of Shandong Province,the literature of the county economy at home and abroad were reviewed,taking into account the current county economy development situation of Shandong Province and the principle of selecting indicators,14 evaluation indexes were selected from the following three aspects: economic strength,living standard and social welfare.Through entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation method,the Evaluation index of county economy comprehensive strength of Shandong Province were calculated,Combined with economic geography,ArcGIS and GeoDa software were used to analyze the evaluation results in time dimension and spatial dimension.The study found that most of the county economic development in Shandong province is relatively stable,showing a decline in the eastern Midwest;The county comprehensive economic strength has obvious high aggregation,hot spots are concentrated in the Shandong Peninsula,the cold spot is located in the southwest of Shandong.At last,the suggestions of promote the Integrated development of high concentration area the Overall development of low accumulation area,the diffusion effect of top county and the characteristic development of weak county were offered to promote the steady and balanced improvement of the county economy comprehensive strength of Shandong Province.
