Research On The Application Of Financial Leasing In Financing Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

Capital is a necessary condition for the survival and development of enterpri ses.However,due to the unsound financial market system and many other reaso ns,Chinese enterprises generally have difficulty in financing.Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,the financing difficulty has become one of the main bottlenecks which restrain their development.With the continuous developm ent of medium-sized enterprises,the financial resources they have obtained are n ot commensurate with their status in national economic and social development.Small and medium-sized enterprises,which are deeply constrained by financing d ifficulties,face various problems in China's current economic environment.Their investment in production facilities and equipment is relatively large,with the imp rovement of production technology,the original facilities and equipment are facin g obsolescence,however,the inability to purchase new equipment or the purchas e of new equipment will affect the existing production,resulting in the developm ent of enterprises being heavily hindered or even ruthlessly eliminated by the ma rket.However,financial leasing can well solve the contradiction between equipm ent input and normal production and give full play to its advantages.Finance lea sing companies can rely on professional evaluation to complete financing in a ve ry short period of time.Therefore,the use of financial leasing to alleviate the fi nancing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises is more suitable for C hina's current situation.This paper mainly uses literature review method,qualitative and quantitative method and case analysis method,studies the application of financial leasing in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,in order to provi de reference for the application of financial leasing in small and medium-sized e nterprises in China,and enrich the research direction of financing methods for s mall and medium-sized enterprises.Through the case description of LA solar co mpany,this paper introduces its successful financing through direct lease and lea seback,and finally realizes the process of leap-forward development.So as to re veal the role of financing lease in the small and medium-sized enterprise financi ng,points out that,financing lease has advantage when compared with the traditi onal financing.It can be a successful case for small and medium-sized enterprises and applied to the research field of financial leasing.Based on the analysis ab out the current situation of financial leasing in small and medium-sized enterpris es in China,it is concluded that financial leasing has great development potential in that financing market.And provide three views,the government,financial inst itutions,as well as small and medium-sized enterprises' own quality,to promote the development of the financial leasing industry,build a good environment,so a s to effectively play the role of financial leasing in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,help enterprises to expand financing channels,promote the healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
