As the world's largest tobacco producing and consuming countries,tobacco industry occupies an important position in national economy of our country.However,because of increasingly high degree of concentration in the world tobacco industry,the international tobacco giants have had a huge impact on the domestic tobacco market,coupled with declining growth rate,increasing business inventories,narrowing structural space,approximating demand inflection point in China's tobacco industry,the low efficiency,the high cost and other problems of the original distribution of tobacco monopoly system has become increasingly prominent.Facing with the grim situation,the state tobacco administration has made an important deployment of the development of modern tobacco logistics.Therefore,how to optimize the tobacco logistics distribution route and establishing a more scientific and efficient cigarette logistics distribution system has become the key problem of the tobacco distribution center to be solved.In view of the above background and the existing problems,many experts and scholars have carried out some research,and proposed some solutions which are of great reference value.But these results emphasize theoretical induction and don't underline the example verification.Based on this,this paper takes An Yang tobacco company as an example and develops the study of optimization problem of the tobacco distribution route.The main research contents include the following aspects.(1)Brief introduction for the basic theory of tobacco logistics distribution.Based on the research results at home and abroad,firstly,introducing the characteristics and models of tobacco logistics distribution system in prefecture-level city.Secondly,pointing out the key issue of cigarette logistics distribution routing problem and expounding it from three aspects,which include the constituent elements,the problem description,and the problem classification.Finally,the common algorithms for solving this problem are compared and analyzed.(2)Analysis on the present situation and problems of logistics distribution in Anyang tobacco company.From the distribution network layout,distribution line planning,personnel and vehicles and the operation of the four aspects,this paper introduces the present situation of logistics distribution in detail of Anyang Tobacco Company,and summarizes the problems of low distribution efficiency,single distribution vehicle,failure to meet customer requirements for delivery time and other issues to be improved.(3)Construction and solution of distribution route optimization model.First of all,in order to solve the above problems,making appropriate mathematical abstraction and simplification,the optimization problem of Anyang Tobacco Company logistics distribution route is defined as an optimization of scale logistics distribution route with single scheduling center,non-full load,constraints of maximum distribution mileage,load and soft time window,to construct an optimization model.Secondly,the two-stage algorithm of first group and after route is used to solve the model.The K-means clustering algorithm is used to break the existing administrative divisions,and the distribution regions are divided rationally.Then,the maximum and minimum ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the route in each sub-region.Finally,the corresponding measures are proposed to distribution route optimizationThe results of the empirical study show that,on the one hand,the proposed route optimization method can greatly reduce the distribution cost,improve the distribution efficiency,balance the workload of each line and improve the service system of the distribution center.On the other hand,it can also improve the probability of timely delivery and the quality of distribution service,and enhance customer satisfaction.All in all,the research results of this paper have remarkable theoretical guidance value and practical reference significance for optimizing the distribution route of tobacco distribution center and constructing modern distribution system.
