Development of logistics industry in China to plays an indispensable role in commodity circulation and popular consume and the economic development. City distribution logistics is the most important part in development of modern,logistics, which is a key part of enterprise layout of logistics system. A scientific distribution program not only can achieve effective delivery between producers and customers but also can achieve more value-added of goods and improve level of logistics service, which is the future of urban distribution and an important guarantee for other activities. The actual city distribution process is an extremely complex process, which has many limiting conditions. Such as the restriction on delivery vehicle, geographical constraints, commodity storage conditions, limitations of delivery time and other conditions. How to delivery correct goods to customers efficiently in right place at right time, which is a complicated process. Developing a scientific and rational distribution route in this process to is the core to create efficient urban distribution chain.This paper use city delivery route optimization of JD in Wuhan as the main content, which focusing on the process of urban distribution route optimization problem. Firstly, this paper introduced the basic theories as a guide to clarify the method of route planning. Secondly, collected basic status of the enterprise by investigating in Wuhan, which is purpose on the chaos route. Considering the constraints of the vehicle load and the maximum travel distance of the vehicle to building optimization model and optimizing the pick-up Path, and obtain the satisfactory solution by using hierarchical cluster analysis and CW algorithm. Combined with other recommendations of actual situation can reduce costs, greatly improve the urban distribution efficiency and enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises. The paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
