Imported medical products in China are generally through the sale of agents,therefore,when selling the imported medical products,the more intermediate links,the higher the price of these products,and the lower the profit margins of the companies.It is precisely because of this,the current medical device industry mergers and acquisitions activities carried out in full swing.And domestic enterprises show the relative stability in recent years,coupled with the high profits of imports medical products industry,attracting the influx of capital,more and more enterprises participate in the import medical products in the market.So in the new period,whether an agent can compete with other enterprises,how to compete,how to gain a competitive advantage,and how to further expand market share,are currently facing the agency business,as well as the urgent need to solve these problems.This paper hopes that through the analysis of relevant theories,combined with my own work experience to provide some suggestions for marketing improvement of A company.In this paper,A company is the research object.It summarizes the problems existing in the marketing management of A Company,and puts forward the significance of the research.The article first introduces the company's development,resources and ability.After analyzing the macro environment from the four aspects of politics,economy,culture and technology,the five-force model is used to analyze the competitive environment.Through the discussion of A company's marketing status to point out the problems.On this basis,the use of SWOT analysis method to analyze company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and establish marketing strategy of A company.Finally,hope that the study of this paper will help A company obtain a suitable marketing strategy for the development.This paper puts forward the marketing strategy is to adapt to China's current market development situation,in line with the development of A company and characteristics.On the medical device industry-related companies marketing has great reference value.At the same time,this paper uses the marketing strategy theory,combined with the actual company,but also for other related industries to provide a reference for marketing strategy research.
