In a society with a constantly developing economy,consumers are paying more and more attention to after-sales service,and for enterprises,the emergence of product after-sales service market has become their new source of profit.This paper uses game theory and other related theories to study the issue of extended warranty service pricing when ordering retailers to provide extended warranty services with no difference in response time and competing retailers to provide extended warranty services.At the same time,retailers have strengthened competition by providing different extended warranty service response times,and discussed the pricing of extended warranty services in the case of different response times between retailers in a competitive market.First,by reviewing the literature,the relevant theories such as the pricing and response time of extended warranty services are sorted out and summarized.Secondly,unlike the previous pricing of products,this time from the perspective of separate pricing of services,extended warranty service is a type of service.Compared with a clearer definition of product value,service value is often a more complex concept.Influence of various factors.Finally,inquiring about extended warranty services and products,the service characteristics and service process of extended warranty services were studied in depth,and the response time was used to describe the response of extended warranty services to consumers from the start of extended warranty services to the effective date of the extended warranty services to the end of the service It also addresses the issue of secondary supply chain extended warranty pricing for manufacturers and retailers that form extended warranty services.The research results show that:(1)Considering the undifferentiated response time,a single retailer provides extended warranty services.As the response time of extended warranty services increases,the price of extended warranty services will decrease,and the cost of extended warranty services will also decrease and the speed Faster than the extended warranty service price,the profits of manufacturers and retailers increase at this time;and when certain conditions are met,there is a joint optimal solution of price and response time to maximize profits.When considering the non-discriminatory response time when competing retailers provide extended warranty services,as the non-discriminatory response time increases,both retailers 'extended warranty service prices are reduced and franchised retailers' declines are faster.Manufacturers and retailers ' Profits will benefit the most when the response time of the extended warranty service is small.(2)Considering that competitiveretailers have different response times,the extended service price of self-operated retailers increases with the increase of the differential response time,and the extended service price of franchised retailers decreases with the increase of the differential response time.The rate of change is faster;manufacturers are more profitable when the differential response time is small,and retailer profits continue to increase as the differential response time increases.
