Under the influence of the Internet era,the demand for transformation of traditional enterprises is increasingly strong.As a representative traditional industry,clothing industry is in a huge wave of reform.With the rise of e-commerce,major garment enterprises are actively seeking to integrate with "Internet plus" to achieve industrial transformation.These transformations bring great development opportunities to enterprises,but there are also great risks.Transformation may not be successful,and not transformation will miss opportunities,so that the competitiveness of enterprises continues to decline.Therefore,how to combine with the Internet in the right way to improve their competitive advantage is an urgent problem for traditional enterprises in the process of transformation.Based on the theory of strategic change,the theory of diversified development and the theory of industry life cycle,this paper takes baoxiniao,a representative enterprise in the process of transformation of China's clothing industry,as an example,first analyzes the current situation of China's clothing industry,and then analyzes the specific cases.In the part of case analysis,the author first introduces the enterprise briefly,then analyzes the internal and external motivation of the transformation of baoxiniao,analyzes the necessity of the transformation of the company with SWOT matrix,and then gives a brief overview of the transformation mode of the company.In the part of performance evaluation,this paper first analyzes the effect of enterprise transformation of baoxiniao company through four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard,then discusses the impact of shareholders' equity and reducing capital opportunity cost,and then discusses the change of economic value-added in several years after enterprise transformation,and analyzes the value creation ability of enterprises after transformation.Finally,the paper compares the company's competitiveness with some enterprises in the industry,and evaluates the changes of the company's competitiveness before and after the transformation.In order to make the research results more convincing from multiple perspectives.This paper enriches the research on the micro level of strategic transformation of garment enterprises,and provides a reasonable reference and reference for garment enterprises that need transformation and will soon be transformed.It helps to guide the traditional clothing enterprises to grasp the right direction in the process of strategic transformation under the background of "Internet +".Therefore,this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.
