After the financial crisis,with the continuous downturn of the global economic situation,the original comparative advantages of China’s OEM enterprises gradually disappeared,most of them were locked in the low-end of the value chain,the profit rate continued to be low,the export-oriented OEM model could not continue,and the implementation of strategic transformation has become inevitable.In 2015,the Chinese government put forward the “Internet +” action plan to promote the combination of advanced internet technology and traditional enterprises,providing development opportunities for OEM enterprises to implement the transformation.Based on the background of “Internet +”,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis,and analyzes the international and domestic situation of OEM enterprises under the background of “Internet +” on the basis of analyzing the concept of “Internet +” and relevant theories of OEM transformation.OEM enterprises are faced with the backflow of manufacturing industry in developed countries,the rise of emerging countries,the intensification of international trade competition and the increase of various uncertain factors internationally.Domestic enterprises are faced with the problems of economic development entering the new normal,the state’s encouragement of enterprise transformation and upgrading,the impact of the internet,the intensification of competition of substitute enterprises and the rise of labor costs.Then,the content and obstacles of F company’s OEM transformation under the background of “Internet +” are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that F Company’s transformation mainly includes three aspects: continuous transformation from OEM to ODM,transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing and transformation to providing solution services.In order to successfully implement the transformation,F Company must overcome such obstacles as bloated organization,prominent management problems,poor quality of middle-level management cadres,ideological conflict,and lack of key talents in the transformation.Finally,the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of F company’s OEM transformation under the background of “Internet +”.F company can continuously transform to ODM by improving its design and development capacity.Transition to intelligent manufacturing through the introduction of Internet technology;It can also transform the idea of transforming to solution provider by enhancing service awareness and capability.In addition,the paper gives some measures to guarantee F company’s transformation,including optimizing organizational structure,implementing lean management,establishing learning organization and reshaping corporate culture.Under the background of deep integration of Internet and traditional industry,OEM enterprises have a wide range of ideas for transformation.Relying on OEM experience data accumulation to realize ODM transformation and intelligent manufacturing and service-oriented transformation is an important way out for OEM enterprises in China.
