Research On The Influence Of Internal Benefit Binding Of Specialized Farmers’ Cooperatives On The Operation Ability Of Farmers

Small farmers have few resources,high production costs,weak financing capacity and weak ability to use modern production technologies.They are unable to adapt to the requirements of modern agricultural large-scale production,logistics and market.The problem is becoming increasingly prominent that they are unable to link up with modern agricultural development organically and have difficulty in obtaining economic benefits.While low intrinsic quality,insufficient resource endowment and difficult adaptation of external environment are important factors that restrict the operation level of small farmers.With the deepening of the rural reform,the development of small farmers has been paid more and more attention,and it is emphasized that new agricultural operating entities such as cooperatives should promote the development of small farmers and realize the organic connection with modern agriculture.With the rapid development of cooperatives,whether cooperatives can improve the management level of small farmers and how to improve the comprehensive management ability of farmers have become a theoretical and practical problem that needs to be studied urgently.Therefore,this paper analyzes the impact of the internal interest connection of cooperatives on the operation ability of farmers from the internal perspective by combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,in order to find out the specific path that cooperatives affect the operation level of farmers.This will help to provide direction for cooperatives to drive the development of farmers and promote the effective play of cooperative functions of driving the development of farmers’ organization and scale and the development of agricultural industrialization and modernization.Based on the defects of existing literature and the fact that the management level of farmers is at a medium or low level,The paper combines relevant theoretical literature and the practice of interest connection within cooperatives to construct the theoretical analysis framework of "establishing interest connection between cooperatives and farmers--resources and environment--farmers’ management ability".Based on 414 samples of member farmers in guanzhong,Shaanxi province,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the association between cooperatives and farmers from the following three aspects: the development mode,the approach of farmers’ joining cooperatives and the establishment of benefit association.The second,it constructs an index system of farmers’ operating ability from the six perspectives of information ability,decision-making ability,financing ability,production ability,sales ability and anti-risk ability to comprehensively evaluate the level of farmers’ operating ability.Then,based on the theory of improving the internal quality of farmers,improving the environment,optimizing the allocation of resources and realizing economies of scale,OLS was used to analyze the influence of benefit connection on the operating capacity.Then,the influence of interest linkage on agricultural profits was analyzed through the ordinal logistic model in order to further examine the impact of the internal benefit association of cooperatives on the operation ability of farmers and make a comparative analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The internal benefit of the cooperative is loose,the benefit distribution mechanism is not perfect,the industrialization development is insufficient,the brand effect is weak.Specifically,the association of internal interests of cooperatives cannot meet the needs of farmers,and few members establish the association of rebate and product processing with cooperatives.The existing product brands of cooperatives are not enough to form market competitive advantages and boost farmers’ income.(2)farmers’ operating ability level is low.The majority of farmers are at medium and low levels in independent decision-making ability,agricultural productivity,sales ability and anti-risk ability.Some farmers are unable to convert their input resources into more income.They may have higher gross income,but it is often accompanied by higher cost input.Profitability is lacking.(3)Close inter-cooperative service connection can effectively promote the improvement of farmers’ ability,and different interest connections has different impact degree on farmers and different marginal utility for different profit groups.Productive service connection,operational service connection and financial service connection can directly or indirectly affect the operating capacity of farmers,in which the impact of operational service connection on local farmers is relatively small,but the marginal utility of productive service and product sales of operational service on low-profit groups is relatively large.(4)The learning ability of farmers is an important internal factor that affects their management ability.Strong learning ability can enable farmers to accept more new knowledge,new ideas and new technologies in a short period of time,and use them to guide their own business practices,so as to promote the improvement of management ability while improving their inner quality.Based on the research conclusions and practical problems,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions from the three aspects of cooperative self-construction,interest connection establishment and farmers’ awareness.(1)Improve policies to support cooperative development,improve the ability of cooperatives to developthemselves,and ensure a sound foundation for interest linkage.(2)Standardize the development and operation of cooperatives,and guide cooperatives to establish corresponding interest connections with farmers.(3)Improve the interest link between cooperatives and low-and middle-income farmers to break through the dilemma of low yield and low income.(4)Pay attention to the development of small farmers and enhance farmers’ sense of cooperation and scientific literacy.
